GraftLab Philippines, Unit 301, SEDCCO 1 Building, Rada Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City. We keep this simple: we collect as little as we need, use it only for your care, and keep it private.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number and messages when you contact us on WhatsApp or Messenger, the photos of your hair you share for an assessment, and the answers you give in our online graft estimate.
Like most websites, we also see anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type). These do not identify you.
How we use it
To answer your questions, assess your hair, book and carry out your consultation or procedure, and look after you afterwards. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Our medical team and clinic staff, and the GraftLab group doctors who review cases with them. We never sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
WhatsApp and Messenger handle the messages you send through them under their own privacy policies.
Your photos
Photos you send are used for your assessment only. We publish a patient's photos only with their written consent.
Your rights
Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +63 917 184 4308 and we will take care of it. You can also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
